Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviews for warehouse, administrative, and light industrial positions.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates ready for immediate weekend deployment.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and timeline requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new weekend hires, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update records.
- Represent Nashville Talent Partners at local job fairs and networking events on weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (agency experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client site visits.
