Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate data.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and utilize social media for recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional off-site meetings).
