Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews on weekends
- Match candidates with client requirements across healthcare, logistics, and retail
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Collaborate with clients to understand weekend staffing needs
- Resolve staffing issues with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional client visits
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Background in healthcare or logistics preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
