Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend assignments in healthcare, logistics, and event staffing
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during peak weekend operational hours
- Coordinate onboarding and placement of temporary weekend staff across Louisville
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and staffing documentation in our ATS system
- Conduct weekend interviews and skill assessments for specialized positions
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute placement requests with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday hours
