Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Portland's thriving industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with candidates during weekend hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and follow-up
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless candidate and client experiences

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with weekend availability
