Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Tampa Bay
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Build strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend-shift workers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Monitor industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in weekend or shift-based staffing environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Tampa Bay market knowledge and local business network preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
