- Coordinate urgent staffing requests across healthcare, logistics, and events sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments for weekend shift roles
- Optimize staffing schedules using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier weekend talent in the Raleigh area
- Analyze weekend staffing metrics to improve placement efficiency
- Handle emergency staffing requests with 24-hour response capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid North Carolina staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
