- Process onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (day/evening shifts)
