Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and contract positions across San Jose
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate onboarding for weekend placements with HR teams
- Track staffing metrics and report weekly performance to leadership
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless candidate transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekend availability
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
