Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with clients
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent insights and competitive compensation data
- Maintain ATS compliance while ensuring candidate experience excellence
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for IT positions
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environments
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CTS) preferred
