Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance
- Represent Nexus Staffing Solutions at industry events and career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical or professional staffing/recruitment
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
