Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations with 25+ active clients
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver 95% client satisfaction through exceptional candidate matching
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment workflows for 50+ placements quarterly
- Lead employer branding initiatives at Dallas tech meetups and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven track record in high-volume hiring
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing 85%+ of extended offers
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Dallas market network with connections to 500+ local professionals
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement
