Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across El Paso's thriving industries
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews during weekend hours to ensure optimal candidate-employer matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume weekend roles in healthcare, logistics, and customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring managers at partner companies
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for weekend shift staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success placing candidates in weekend shift roles
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's local job market and industries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, weekend-focused environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturdays and Sundays
