Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Atlanta-based hiring managers
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Contribute to team KPIs: fill rate, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruiting experience with Atlanta market knowledge
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation skills and offer management experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
