Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and offers
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation strategies
- Maintain 95% placement success rate through quality matching
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment
- Expertise in technical, healthcare, or logistics staffing
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
