Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and application reviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and job seekers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple platforms
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Prepare onboarding documents and new hire paperwork
- Contribute to weekly team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
