Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a diverse range of positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and needs in the Indianapolis metro area.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (Entry level candidates with strong drive will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team structure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
