Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for 15+ active client positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles
- Conduct client-facing consultations to refine recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) for candidate tracking
- Drive recruitment metrics: 8+ placements/month and 95% fill rate
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record in technical or healthcare staffing
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to source niche candidates across multiple industries
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
