Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate needs.
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and internet navigation.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and time management.
