Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and hospitality clients
- Screen and interview candidates for same-day and weekend job placements
- Manage client communications and ensure seamless shift coverage
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork
- Maintain accurate staffing databases and candidate records
- Conduct onboarding for temporary weekend staff
- Resolve staffing issues and client escalations proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
