Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews for potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new temporary hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the permanent placement team to identify staffing needs and market our agency services.
  • Handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and a focus on customer service.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various job boards and networking channels.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS platforms.
