Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for night shift positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and compile detailed reports for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to understand their staffing requirements and service expectations.
- Ensure all employment documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately for new hires.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workforce scheduling and placement strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
