Responsibilities
- Oversee all staffing activities and operations during the evening and night shift hours to ensure productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with clients to identify urgent staffing needs and match qualified candidates for night shift roles.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for temporary staff working the night shift.
- Monitor shift logs, time sheets, and attendance records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Handle emergency personnel issues and resolve staffing gaps immediately during off-hours.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related HR field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
