- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, networking, social media) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Coordination: Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Placement Support: Assist candidates in resume writing, interview preparation, and offer negotiations to ensure successful placements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for both candidates and clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about salary trends and industry requirements specific to the Colorado Springs market.

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
