Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15-20 client locations across Seattle
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in weekend shift positions
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Address urgent staffing needs and last-minute shift coverage
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and client communication logs
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for weekend staff
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure continuity of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic knowledge of Seattle's weekend business landscape
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
