Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging top-tier technical talent across software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering roles
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilizing ATS platforms to track candidates and ensure pipeline health
- Conducting market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Maintaining compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for development, DevOps, and data roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting KPIs
