Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with weekend shift openings in healthcare, warehousing, and manufacturing
- Conduct client intake calls to understand weekend staffing requirements
- Source and screen candidates through job boards and talent pools
- Coordinate onboarding for temporary weekend staff
- Manage payroll documentation for weekend assignments
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for weekend shifts
- Provide weekly staffing performance reports to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently on weekends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Detroit's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage high-volume weekend staffing requests
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR) preferred
