Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15-20 client locations across Houston
- Manage on-call rotation for urgent staffing requests during weekends
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews for weekend shift roles
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend staff bi-weekly
- Maintain real-time staffing schedules via our proprietary ATS platform
- Resolve client escalations within 2-hour SLA
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless transition of assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse/Bullhorn preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent) preferred
