Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles in Baltimore metro area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of temporary/contract positions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Baltimore
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and placement documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
