Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for weekend shift positions across Chicago's top industries
- Source and screen qualified candidates through ATS platforms and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand weekend staffing requirements
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and placement metrics
- Build strategic partnerships with local businesses for weekend staffing needs
- Implement retention strategies for weekend shift employees
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven success placing candidates in weekend shift roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused environments
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's labor market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
