- Screen and onboard temporary associates using ATS platforms
- Resolve urgent staffing needs within 2-hour response windows
- Conduct post-shift performance evaluations and feedback collection
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with full-time team on weekly workforce forecasting
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Austin's weekend job market dynamics
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
