- Respond to urgent staffing requests with 24-hour turnaround capability
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and client relationship records
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments for weekend shift candidates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional client support during weekend operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume assignments under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's weekend employment landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits required)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
