Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and ATS platforms
- Develop deep client relationships through consultative partnership and strategic talent solutions
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement with 95%+ client satisfaction
- Drive weekly revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations and business development
- Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success with high-volume placements and full-cycle recruitment processes
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to persuade both candidates and clients
- Strong analytical abilities to track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
