Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and tech clients
- Onboard and train temporary staff during weekend shifts
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and client SLAs
- Generate weekly staffing reports and performance analytics
- Build relationships with weekend workforce candidates
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or HR coordination
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- CA staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws
- Experience with high-volume weekend staffing
