Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for Fortune 500 clients across San Francisco
- Screen and interview candidates for same-day and weekend job assignments
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24-hour turnaround capability
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier weekend talent pools
- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend placement efficiency
- Collaborate with branch managers to align with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage urgent same-day staffing requests
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Workday
- Valid California staffing/recruiting license preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends with minimal supervision
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
