Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and event industries
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Manage client communication regarding staffing needs and availability
- Process payroll documentation and timesheets for weekend staff
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure coverage compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisitions
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
