Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for weekend assignments across hospitality, healthcare, and event industries
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates during weekend hours
- Process payroll documentation for temporary weekend staff
- Manage client communications regarding staffing needs and candidate placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisition tracking systems
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend temporary staff
- Resolve staffing issues and provide weekend support to field teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits may be required)
- Experience in high-volume temporary staffing environments preferred
