Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing operations for healthcare, logistics, and hospitality clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for weekend assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and candidates through regular communication
- Handle urgent staffing requests and schedule adjustments in real-time
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Knowledge of Minnesota labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or hospitality staffing preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
