Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24-hour turnaround
- Maintain accurate client-candidate matching databases
- Conduct quality assurance checks for deployed staff
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow continuity
- Generate weekly performance reports for key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or scheduling experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong knowledge of Memphis's labor market trends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
