Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for weekend shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and event staffing
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and match qualified candidates
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and staffing databases
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during weekend hours with prompt solutions
- Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
