Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend temporary placements.
- Coordinate and schedule staffing assignments for clients and candidates.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for temporary employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Process payroll and time sheets accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or GED required.
