The Role:
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of the staffing process. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our talent pool, ensuring that every placement is a perfect match. You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline and the support of a dedicated leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and candidates are ready for their shifts.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses in OKC, understanding their workforce needs and providing top-tier staffing solutions.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in ensuring accurate time tracking and processing for daily pay shifts.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and industry shifts to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends as business demands require.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
