Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and technical assessments to match talent with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Post job advertisements and manage job boards to ensure maximum visibility.
- Coordinate and attend weekend networking events and job fairs.
- Update candidate databases and CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the team to fill urgent weekend shift openings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Experience in the San Francisco job market is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a plus.
