Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to identify passive candidates and schedule immediate interviews.
- Screening: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their immediate hiring needs.
- Placement: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends to advise candidates on salary expectations and career growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong potential considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
