Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our client openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Comfortable making cold calls and networking with new people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
