Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for weekend shift positions across various industries including logistics, healthcare, and hospitality.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to source passive candidates specifically available on weekends.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their weekend staffing needs.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Conduct onboarding orientation for new weekend staff to ensure smooth integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
