Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ high-profile clients across diverse industries
- Manage real-time workforce deployment using our proprietary staffing software
- Conduct urgent candidate interviews and background verifications during night hours
- Resolve client escalations and operational challenges with 24/7 responsiveness
- Optimize shift coverage using predictive analytics and demand forecasting
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols for night shifts
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or workforce management experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high-stakes decision-making skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for San Antonio market)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Proven track record of managing 50+ hourly workers simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
