Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to escalate complex technical matters
- Maintain performance metrics: CSAT >90%, AHT <180 seconds
- Participate in weekend training sessions and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C or B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone demeanor
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability: Saturdays 8am-5pm & Sundays 10am-6pm
