Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Update customer records accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and performance metrics.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
