- Deploy and maintain weekend-specific IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend operational hours
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during low-traffic maintenance windows
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for weekend teams
- Collaborate with weekday IT staff for seamless system handovers and continuity
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential weekend operational risks
- Manage weekend-specific project tasks like equipment migrations or system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Strong proficiency in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, or equivalent) preferred
